Semiling - Kedah Sightseeing

Semiling town ( 新 文 英 ) is located in Kuala Muda district, Kedah and is about 10 km from Sungai Petani town.

It is known for its Tourist Jetty at Sungai Merbok with a scenic view of the magnificient natural beauty of the surrounding mangroove forest.

Among the sights in Semiling town includes Tee Kong Temple (Jade Emperor Temple) and Masjid Semiling ( Semiling Mosque).

In the past the town is very quite and with the built of Semiling bridge that spans across the Sungai Merbok has ever since made the road busy. The total length of the bridge measure at 700 metres.
